Councilwoman Fercella Davis Panier proudly launch the Emerging Leaders Spotlight Series. This initiative under the Emerging Youth & Young Adults: Elevating Excellence platform. This initiative is designed to uplift and recognize youth and young adults, ages 6 to 25, who are demonstrating exceptional leadership, resilience, and purpose throughout the City of Riviera Beach and abroad.

Each month, we will shine a light on the next generation of changemakers, those who lead by example in their schools, neighborhoods, and peer groups. Rooted in celebration and affirmation, the initiative introduces a powerful brand identity: I’MAGE: I’m a Great Example.

This statement is more than a tagline, it’s a declaration. By embedding “I’MAGE” in our messaging, certificates, and end-of-year honors, we reinforce a culture of excellence and intentionality, affirming that our youth and young adults are not only seen but celebrated for who they are and what they represent.

Together, we are building a future where excellence is not the exception, it’s the expectation.

If you’re unable to complete the Emerging Leader nomination form online, hard copies are available for pickup at City of Riviera Beach’s Legislative Office location 600 West Blue Heron Boulevard, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404

In-person assistance is available by appointment.

Nominees must either reside in Riviera Beach, attend school in Riviera Beach or have a parent or guardian who resides in the city.
