  • Pick-Up Policy for Poca Voce Choir

  • For the safety of our youngest singers, parents or guardians of children enrolled in the Poca Voce Choir must come into the building to pick up their child at the end of rehearsal.

    Children will not be permitted to leave the premises on their own or walk out to a vehicle unaccompanied. A parent, guardian, or designated family member must enter the school and retrieve them directly from the lobby.

    No exceptions will be made to this policy.

  • Winter Concert Date & Attendance

  • Our Winter Concert is scheduled for Friday December 19th @6:00 PM Does your child have any known scheduling conflicts with the concert date?

  • Photo/Video Release

  • Parent Observation & Rehearsal Policy

  • To support a focused and productive rehearsal environment, choir rehearsals are closed to parents and visitors unless specifically invited by the director.

    Parents are welcome to quietly observe from the hallway or through the rehearsal room doors, but we kindly ask that you do not enter the rehearsal space.

    Thank you for helping us create a respectful space for all our singers!

  • Cell Phone Use Policy

  • Cell phone use is not permitted during choir rehearsals.

    All phones must be silenced and kept out of sight for the duration of rehearsal. If a student needs to contact a parent, they may do so before or after rehearsal or with staff permission in an emergency.

    Repeated use of a phone during rehearsal may result in the phone being held by the director until the end of rehearsal and may affect the student’s standing in the choir.
