2025 Small and Large Business of the Year Nomination Form

The Tulare Chamber of Commerce is proud to spotlight businesses that make a meaningful and lasting impact in our community. Each year, we honor one Small Business (1–25 employees) and one Large Business (26+ employees) that exemplify excellence in business, community spirit, and leadership.

Nominees should:
- Be located in and conduct business within the Greater Tulare Area.
- Be active and engaged members of the Tulare Chamber of Commerce in good standing.
- Demonstrate innovation, adaptability, and forward-thinking practices through products, services, or operations.
- Contribute to local economic growth by creating jobs, supporting workforce development, and implementing sustainable employment practices.
- Show a consistent commitment to community involvement through event participation, civic support, and local partnerships.
- Operate with integrity, professionalism, and ethical business practices.
- Be considered a positive and influential force in the Greater Tulare Area business community.
Please Note:
To provide fair and thorough consideration, nominations should include detailed, well-written responses. Be specific in describing the nominee’s contributions and community impact. The selection committee bases its decision entirely on the information submitted.

We strongly recommend including 1–3 letters of recommendation to help strengthen your nomination. Nominations with recommendation letters may receive more favorable consideration.

Award recipients will be announced prior to the Annual Banquet on January 23, 2026.
