The Spellbound Samhain 2026 event will take place on October 24th, 10AM - 6PM.
Cost for space rental during the Spellbound Samhain event is a one-time $50 fee, and reservations are a first-come-first-serve basis.

● Healers/Reader Space: 8 x 8’
Karmic Konnection will promote and advertise the Spellbound Samhain event, as well as include your business name, description, and space number on the event program at no charge to you. Your business description must be 150 characters or less. Descriptions over 150 characters may be edited by Karmic Konnection.
Please note that this event takes place in the BASEMENT level of Karmic Konnection. The basement is accessible via staircase only (the staircase has railings on both sides). Please ensure that you are able to move your equipment down into the basement as well as back up to the main level at the end of the event.
Requirements
- The participant is responsible for providing their own tables and chairs.
- NO burning of candles, incense, or smoke cleansing bundles. Use of such items may result in the participant being asked to leave the event.
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the building. Vape or smoke breaks must be taken at least 25 feet from the Karmic Konnection entrance door per Colorado law.
- If you are providing a paid service, you must provide your own sign-up sheets, and prices must be displayed clearly in your space.
- Do NOT provide legal, medical, or professional financial advice without relevant prior accreditation or licensure; instead, encourage them to contact a legally licensed or accredited professional.
- Karmic Konnection is NOT liable for any injuries that may occur in relation to vendor services.
- If you must cancel your booth, you can request a refund up until 1 week before the event. No refunds within 1 week of the event date.
- If you fail to attend entire day and/or tear down booth sooner than 1 hour prior to the end of the event, you may not be invited back to future events.
Sales Restrictions
Participants may NOT sell product brands that are already sold by Karmic Konnection (for example, you may sell oils as long as they are not Sun’s Eye brand oils). This applies to all products. If you are unsure about the eligibility of your products, please contact info@thekarmickonnection.com.
Products illegal in nature or requiring additional licensing from Karmic Konnection are not permitted. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have proper relevant licensure to sell their products.
Sales Tax
All participants are required to file a sales tax return to the City of Pueblo. Returns are due within 10 days of the event. The form will be provided to you the day of the event. Please note that a NO SALE booth, or a booth that was selling but made no sales, must still file a sales tax return to the City of Pueblo within 10 days of the event.
Setup and Teardown
Setup of your space before the event will take place Friday, October 23rd from 12:30PM - 5:30PM & Saturday, October 24th from 8:45AM - 10AM. Alternate setup arrangements must be made with management prior to the event. The participant is responsible for providing their own tables and chairs.
Teardown of your space may start at 5:30PM on Saturday. All of the participant's belongings must be taken from the premises by the end of the day.
Decorations
You are welcome to decorate your rented space with decorations that you may already have. Your rented area is any space inside the taped corners marked by your given booth number. Music will be provided, so we ask that you do not bring your own out of consideration for other participants.
Since burning is prohibited, if you would like to cleanse your space, scented cleansing sprays and mists, cleansing crystals, sprinkling of dye-free waters such as holy water, and sweeping with a besom are permitted.
Examples of permitted items: Cleansing sprays, crystals, battery-powered lights, signs and displays
Forbidden items: Weapons; alcohol; illegal substances; burning of candles, incense or smoke cleansing bundles; waters with dye; music; tape, adhesives, or nails of any kind in or on the walls; any other item deemed unacceptable by management
