    • Be a current Chamber member in good standing.
    • Serve the Greater Tulare Area, providing programs or services that benefit the local community.
    • Demonstrate strong community engagement, such as participating in local events, supporting civic initiatives, and collaborating with schools or other groups.
    • Exhibit creativity and innovation, offering programs or solutions to meet community needs.
    • Support volunteerism and development, by providing volunteer opportunities or engaging in mentorship, job readiness, or workforce programs.
    • Reflect a true spirit of service, with a passion for making a lasting, positive impact.

    Please Note:
To provide fair and thorough consideration, nominations should include detailed, well-written responses. Be specific in describing the nominee’s contributions and community impact. Thoughtful, accurate, and detailed information will help the selection committee in making their decision.

We strongly recommend including 1–3 letters of recommendation to help strengthen your nomination.  Nominations with recommendation letters may receive more favorable consideration.

Award recipients will be announced prior to the Annual Banquet on January 23, 2026.
