By participating, I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all such risks, whether anticipated or unanticipated. I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless The Chop Wagon, its owners, employees, agents, volunteers, affiliates, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death that may occur during or as a result of my participation in axe throwing activities, including transportation, equipment setup, and any on-site interaction. This release applies to me and, if applicable, to any minor(s) for whom I am signing on behalf.
