1.  All vendor spaces are outside.  You must bring your own tables, chairs, and tent canopy, if desired.

2.  All spaces are approximately 10’ by 10’ – you may purchase another space at the same rate if you need a bigger area.

3.  Because of the event’s remote location, limited electricity is available.  The festival will try to accommodate if you select "electric" below.  If we cannot we will notify you and refund the fee of $25 charged for electric.  Batteries and solar power are allowed.  Generators are also allowed, but only if they can be placed away from the main festival area to reduce noise.  Vendors must supply their own generators and extension cords.

4.  Vendors will set up their booths on the evening of Friday, October 10, starting at 5:00 p.m.  Each vendor is responsible for finding parking within the town or at a lot detailed in the information provided closer to the festival. Further instructions will be provided with your confirmation letter.

5.  The event officially begins at 12:00 p.m. and will run to midnight.  Vendors are required to stay until 11 p.m.

6.  Please clean up any litter in your vendor space before leaving.  Trash receptacles will be provided.

7.  Unique, handcrafted goods and “Moonville Tunnel” souvenirs are encouraged, but not required.  Prohibited items include spray paint, invisible ink, and silly string.  The event hosts reserve the right to ask vendors to stop selling anything that is not permitted or that is deemed offensive.  Please consider the event’s target audience (paranormal enthusiasts, ghost hunters, etc.).  For example, religious merchandise will probably not sell well.

8.  The event hosts reserve the right to reject any contracts for any reason.  Any violations of your contract during this year’s event may disqualify you from participating at future events.

9.  All contracts must be received and paid in full by September 25th.  No refunds, no exceptions.

Dear Vendor:

You are invited to participate in the 8th Annual Midnight at Moonville event, taking place in Zaleski, Ohio…just a few miles from Vinton County’s haunted Moonville Tunnel.

Midnight at Moonville (M@M) will take place on Saturday, October 11th, from noon to midnight. M@M is a fall festival featuring paranormal demonstrations by respected research groups, craft & food vendors, wagon rides, roaming spooks, crowning of the Miss Moonville Court, souvenirs, music, local competitions, costume contest and much more!!!

Several thousand visitors from across the state will be in attendance…the target audience includes fans of the paranormal, history buffs, families, children & nature lovers.  Visitors will be looking for souvenirs to take home, including merchandise with the name “Moonville”.  Upon request, the M@M Committee / VCCVB can provide vendors with high resolution artwork of the tunnel and a generic logo to make custom merchandise.

Visitor & Vendor parking will be allowed throughout the town of Zaleski.  Vendors and main activities will also be located on a road in town, which will be closed to traffic for the event.
