Liability Waiver
I, the owner and/or handler of the dog entered in this AKC FIT DOG walk, fully understand and accept that training and owning a dog comes with risk. In the event of any human and/or canine injury, accident, or illness, however caused and to whomever caused, I promise at all times to hold harmless Sin City Super Sniffers, their principles, volunteers, and clients, both human and canine, from all liability, damage, or injury to any persons, animals, or property arising from or related to my dog. If entered in an event, I, the owner and/or handler of the dog, fully understand that the event will involve other dogs and handlers in a public setting.
I also acknowledge that my dog(s) are up to date on their vaccinations, and I will report if there are any injuries or illness at the beginning of the walk to ensure they can participate safely.
By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have read and agreed to this Liability Waiver.
