This form helps me identify the specific details needed to make your piece.

It will break down price to give a better visual on how my artistic options add to the final cost of your piece. It doesn't take long and allows me a full picture to get started.

With each portrait some like to ask me for specific "elements" that will appeal to the person I'm drawing.

Things like:
"Please add their dog"
"Please make her look like David Bowie"
"Please add another person"
"Please put clown makeup on"

With these elements I do ask for an extra cost. Please select the level of elements needing to be added.

If you are only adding 1-2 additional elements I will add $5 to your cost.
If you are needing 3 or more elements I will add a flat $10 to your cost.

Multiple elements and additions to background:

A Background can be added to your work for an added fee.

Background can differ from elements simply because they require a lot of extra detail and time.

With my expected wait time on all commissions usually taking two weeks at most a full background piece will require another week.

So Full Background = 3 week working time

After form submission I will review your needs and submit a quote on your wishes based on your responses. 

Backgrounds can range from $20 to $30 additional cost.

Full wuote and background pricing background will be communicated transparently.

Would you like to receive progress photos via email of your art being completed?

This would include the rough sketch, linework, background planning, and flat color.
It allows you to also make requests as I move along the process.

**if you opt out of this I reserve the right to follow your instructions while using my creative intuition to complete your project. You will not receive correspondence until the work is complete.

**If your work is delayed I will reach out no matter your answer to this.

After you provide your email and complete this form, I will send an invoice requesting payment up front.

I WILL NOT START until full payment is received.

My work turnover is usually two weeks from sketch to completion.

If you have selected to receive progress photos and work updates, please expect an email within 4 business days showing my progress of your art.

All portraits are sent via email.

You will receive a OneDrive shared folder with the completed work and any requested working files for your specific project. This link gives the clean file and is the best to use for printing because it is not distorted by social media uploading or file compression from messages.

If you would like any of the working files I present to you please let me know so I can add them to your folder.
I usually only add the completed work and any edits of that work after the fact.
