📍 Location: 1141 N Cameron Ave, Winston-Salem, NC 27101
📝 Application Deadline: Wednesday, August 7, 2025

We are proud to celebrate community, culture, and creativity with our East Winston Block Party! This free, family-friendly event will feature vendors, food trucks, local performers, community organizations, arts & crafts, a kid’s zone, dancing, and so much more.

We anticipate over 300 attendees and welcome the participation of artists, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and businesses who want to connect with the community and join in the celebration.

💰 Vendor Fees:
Vendors/Artists (selling goods): $30
Food Trucks: $60
Nonprofits/Community Info Tables:  Free
 

🧾 What’s Included:
One 10x10 ft. outdoor space (assigned in order of applications received)
Food trucks will be placed along a blocked access road
Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and all setup materials

🛠️ Setup & Event Info:
Setup begins at 11:00 AM
All booths must be ready by 12:30 PM
Vendors must remain open from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Tear-down begins at 5:00 PM
Please keep your area clean — all trash must be removed before leaving

First come, first served. Space is limited.
If we are unable to accommodate you, your fee will be refunded.
Confirmations will be sent by email within one week of receiving your application.
If you cancel, your fee is non-refundable.

I understand that I shall be liable for my own liability insurance and the organization shall not be responsible for any damage, injuries, cost, or death to our person or property that may be incurred during our use of the organization's facilities.
