我們會收集閣下的個人資料給活動主辦及協辦機構作活動安排、確認參加者身分、聯絡用途。
We will collect your personal information for the purpose of event organization by the event organizers and co-organizers, to confirm participant identity, and for contact purposes.
1. 本人已經在收集個人資料之時或之前，以明確或暗喻方式被告知收集資料當事人，是本人明白可以自願提供該個人資料；

2. 本人已經在其個人資料被收集之時或之前，獲明確告知該個人資料將會用於甚麼目的及該個人資料可能轉移予甚麼類別的人；

3. 本人明白在個人資料首次被使用之時或之前，獲明確告知本人有權要求查閱及改正該個人資料的權利，及處理向有關資料使用者提出該等要求的個人的姓名及其地址；

4. 本人明白，資料使用者須採取所有合理地切實可行的步驟，以確保任何人能確定資料使用者在個人資料方面的政策及獲告知資料使用者所持有的將會為甚麼主要目的；

5. 本人明白，活動中會進行拍照及攝錄；本人同意活動主辦及協辦機構使用或發佈本人參加活動的照片、影像（錄像／照片）或聲音（影片攝錄、錄音聲帶或其他形式）。
5. I understand that photographs and recordings will be taken during the event; I consent to the event organizers and co-organizers using or publishing photos, images (video/photos), or audio (video recordings, audio recordings, or other formats) of my participation in the event.
