  • We hope you enjoy the show. We need all buisnesses far and wide who are very passinate in the 4wd scene to come! it's going to be an awesome time for everyone some awesome cars and some awesome brands! entry for Show'n Shine/Store holder will procced from 6:00AM - 8:30AM. Everyone must be finsished ready for the public BEFORE 9:00AM. Packup is after 3:00PM. You will be contacted ASAP reguarding if your store makes it into the show via email or phone. To enter the show you need to pay cash at the gate upon arrival. Once your setup for the show you CANNOT move you car/s in anyway whatsoever from 9:00AM until 3:00PM (when the show finsishes) Once you arrive officials will direct you to your stand.

    • The Victorian 4x4 Show'N Shine – Store holder Terms and Conditions 
      1. Event Overview 
      The Victorian 4x4 Show'N Shine is an Event of all things 4x4, including custom vehicles, accessories, and awesome stands. As a store holder, you will be part of participating in this awesome of an event! 
      2. Registration and Fees 
      All store holders must complete the official registration process prior to the event date. 
      Storeholder fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of event in cash. 
      The fees are [$50] for a single stall space.  
      3. Stall Allocation and Setup 
      Stall locations are allocated by the event organizers. 
      Each store holder is provided with a size stall space to best suits their needs. Store holders are responsible for bringing their own display tables, tents, and other necessary equipment. 
      Set-up times will be [6:00am - 8:30am earlier the better]. All stalls must be fully set up before the event opens (9:00am) to the public. 
      Storeholders must be in attendance and their stalls open during all hours of the event. 
      4. Conduct and Compliance 
      Storeholders are required to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times during the event. 
      All products on display or for sale must be legal, safe, and appropriate for a family-friendly event. The event organizers reserve the right to remove any products or displays deemed inappropriate or offensive. 
      Storeholders are responsible for obtaining all necessary licenses, permits, and insurances for the sale of their goods. 
      5. Insurance and Liability 
      Storeholders must carry their own public liability insurance for the duration of the event. 
      The event organizers will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury that occurs during the event, whether to property, merchandise, or persons. 
      Storeholders must ensure that their stall setup is safe and does not pose any risk to event attendees or other participants. 
      6. Health and Safety 
      Storeholders must adhere to all health and safety regulations during setup, the event, and breakdown. 
      Any items deemed to be a safety hazard will need to be removed or corrected at the discretion of the event organizers. 
      In the event of an emergency, store holders must cooperate with event staff and follow all safety procedures. 
      7. Electricity and Utilities 
      Electricity or other utilities (Wi-Fi), this IS NOT available at the event Bring Your Own but make sure everything meets Australian safety standards otherwise you will be told you cannot use these utilities. 
      Storeholders are responsible for ensuring that any electrical equipment used is safe and meets Australian safety standards. (Any power leads, chargers, etc. need to be tagged with a current tag to be used) 
      8. Waste Disposal 
      Storeholders are responsible for ensuring that their stall space is kept clean and tidy throughout the event. 
      Waste disposal facilities will be provided, and all waste, including packaging, must be disposed of properly at the end of each day. 
      9. Cancellations and No-Show Policy 
      In the event of a cancellation, store holders must notify the event organizers as soon as possible. 
      No-shows without prior notice will result in the store holder being disqualified from future events 
      10. Event Changes and Force Majeure 
      The event organizers reserve the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event if required due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or other force majeure events. 
      11. PRIVACY POLICY 
        Pursuant to your booking, we may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, credit card or payment details, telephone number and the names of all ticket allocations. Your name, address and contact details will be shared with the Sanctioning Body responsible for the Event. We will collect and store your information, and if required by law, disclose information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. 
       By entering the Event, you give permission for the organizers to discuss and make alterations to your entry with the listed Entrant, or your emergency contact. We are not able to discuss your application form with anyone else without prior written approval from the listed Entrant. 
      17. IMAGE USE 
      17.1. As a condition of entry, each Entrant or agent for any accompanying adult and as parent or guardian for any accompanying child, grants to the Event Organizer the exclusive right to photograph or film or portray the Entrant, any accompanying adult or child and the Entrant's vehicle to use such photograph, film, portrayal without names or credits as the Event Organizer may in their absolute discretion think fit. 
                                                       12. Indemnity 
      By participating in the event, store holders agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, their staff, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation in the event, including but not limited to the display, sale, or use of products. 
      13. Miscellaneous 
      The event organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to store holders in writing. 
      The store holder agrees to comply with all local laws and regulations, including those related to the sale of goods and services. 
      13. Acknowledgement 
      By completing the registration process and participating in the 4WD Show and Shine, store holders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 
      15. More info about the show  
      Once your vehicle/s is setup for the show it CANNOT move whatsoever once the show starts. The Victorian 4x4 Show'n Shine can hold you and your car at will if you do not comply with these regulations. once the show ends (3:00pm onwards) you may move your car.  
      You will be liable for any loss or damage caused at the Event by you or your invitees. 
      DECLARATION 
      I confirm that I have read and understood these Entrant Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by all Entrant Terms and Conditions for the Event.
