Spiritual Care Chaplains Network (https://SCC-Network.org) is a 501(C)3 Religious tax exempt charitable organization. While we are a Christian religious organization, our chaplians have been trained to provide spiritual care to a wide varity of faith backgrounds without proseletizing.

Credentialing Candidate Preliminary Information.

Successfully completed applications will be followed by a credentialing interview either in person or via ZOOM. You will be notified within 48 hours that your application has been received and is under review. When the review is completed you will be contacted to set up the interview. All applicants must agree with SCCN's Statements of faith, belief, Mission and Values.
Chaplain Credentialing Minimum Requirements

Level 1: Community/Volunteer Chaplain Credentials, will require the successful completion of the introductory Community/Volunteer Chaplains Training.

Level 2: Licensed Chaplain candidates will require successfully completing CPE 100 through an accredited CPE program such as SCCN's fully accredited program with (CPEI.edu).

Level 3: Chaplain Ordination will require successfully completing CPE levels 100, 200, 300 and 400.

Board Certified Chaplain Credentials may be applied for with our affiliate, (CPEI.EDU) after completing four CPEs if other requirements such as academic degrees, successfully completing the application and paperwork and passing the examining baod are met.

* Having academic degrees Chaplaincy Credentials and Completing four CPEs does not guarantee Board Certification or working full time as a Chaplain. There may be other qualifications required by the employer.
