Vendor Policies
GENERAL POLICIES:
1. Booths must remain open from 9AM- 3PM day of event. Vendors are responsible for ALL set up and clean up of booth. Booth set up will start at 6 AM on day of event. Vehicles can be used for unloading ONLY. Once unloaded, vehicle must be removed. Vendors must be set up by 9 AM. Any merchandise brought into event must be carried in.
2. All booths must be occupied at all times. Market 425 will provide (3) vendor admission armbands, and reserve the right to approve the number of volunteers working in a booth during any shift.
3. Vendors must supply ALL props, tables, chairs, shelving, cloths, tents, etc that are necessary for their booths. Merchandise vendors needing electricity must supply their own generators and extension cords. Extension cords cannot create a tripping hazard. Food vendors will be supplied with 110v, if any higher volts are needed, they must supply their own.
4. Vendors MUST secure tents with weights. NO stakes are allowed to set up tents or displays.
5. An accepted applicationby Market 425 is a committment to be a vendor. There is no rain daye. In the event of rain our other cause, which could not be avoided, booth fees will not be refunded. Booth fees for unaccepted applications will be notified via email.
6. Vendor is responsible for all sales tax.
7. Vendor may not give out any promotional or free food/drink items, unless approved by Market 425.
