Registration Cancellation Policy: Email requests for cancellations or substitutions must be sent to Oneill@fedcirbar.org. Cancellations requested on or before September 7, 2025, will receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations requested after September 7, 2025, will not receive a refund.
Substitution Policy: In the event a registrant is unable to attend the 2025 Bench & Bar(R) Conference In Dialogue - Boston, substitutions are greatly encouraged. Substitution requests received are not subject to an administrative fee.

CLE Information: FCBA is an approved provider with most states requiring CLE. Individual states have different approval guidelines and timeframes, and the FCBA cannot guarantee a state’s approval of CLE credit for any webcast or other program session. You may submit your online CLE form up to one week following the conclusion of the program. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee that your application will be submitted to your respective state for approval.
