Please note that it is a strict requirement that stallholders must have in place your own Public Liability Policy with a minimum of $10 million cover in the stallholders name. Please attach a copy of your current Public or Public and Product Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency with this application. It is the responsibility of the stallholder to ensure that the insurance is renewed and remains current for the term that the Stallholder undertakes trading activity at our Market. Please note that Peach and Polly Markets will not be responsible, or liable, for any loss or stolen goods nor will we be liable for any injuries incurred whilst you are trading.
