For bigger events and orders, please use this form!

Here you can secure a date in advance, but ONLY under these conditions:

- you are ordering more than 3 dozen cupcakes

- your order is for a large, already scheduled event.

- you are able to pick up the order in Morgantown.

- you are certain in what you want for your order. (it is difficult to organize when clients submit a form, but change their order after submission over dm/text. If you would like to talk through your order PLEASE contact me prior via email, dm, or text so we can work it out together before you submit <3)

To secure your date, place a deposit of 20% of your order must be made via Venmo to @mardurgin. Full payment must be made a week prior to the pickup date.

Cancellation policy - please keep me in the loop if plans change. I will refund a cancellation or a date change until a week prior to the event. At this point, cancellation of the originally planned date will no longer be refundable.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Order your cake AT LEAST A MONTH IN ADVANCE - 7 days notice is required for all cake orders - late orders will be subject to a rush fee
- Pickup and delivery options are available.
- Cakes can be refrigerated up to 4 days or frozen up to 1 month after the pickup date
- Once you submit an order, we will contact you within the week with an order confirmation, price quote, and precise pick up location
- To confirm your date, please pay your deposit of 20% within the week of receipt - you MUST pay your invoice to secure your date. If I do not hear back after reaching out three times I unforunately can not write you in.

the prices below are base prices. all base prices include a moderate amount of vintage piping on borders & sides of cake, writing, and up to three colors. additional add-ons can be selected below.

mini 4 inch - recommended for smash cakes. feeds 1-2 people. heart-shaped not available.

standard 6 inch - feeds up to 12 people.

large 8 inch - feeds up to 24 people

although we will do our very best to accommodate your dietary restrictions, all of our products are produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to public health inspection and may process common food allergens. please be advised that baked goods may container or come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, or other allergens.
