Conditioning (stamina, agility and injury prevention)
Refining Fundamental Skills (elevate your dribbling, shooting, passing and footwork)
Breaking Bad Habits/Creating Good Habits (get individualized attention on your players' form, gameplay, and mental game)
Game IQ Coaching (situational drills, decision-making - not just understanding how to do various skills, but understanding when and why to use them in a game)
Scrimmage Time (they will have time to put what they've learned to the test while being encouraged to play at a high level of effort)
