Outcomes + Success in Your Role:
Have you ever been in a job that's confusing AF (yes, we said As Fuck!) and have no idea if you're doing a good job or on the verge of getting fired? Yeah lets not do that - so what does success in the role of a therapist look like? Here are our thoughts and views on what it looks like here:
- You are completing your notes for sessions in an ethical and timely manner (48hrs).
- You are able to ask for what you need and want in your professional career, workspace, and work environment. We care about you as a human and want you to be happy here. While we can’t promise we can fulfill all of your requests, we want to hear them so we can try our best!
- You are supporting yourself, and your clients responsibly and ethically.
- You are monitoring yourself for signs of burnout and communicating with us so we can support you, and come up with collaborative strategies to reduce and overcome this feeling.
- You are working from an anti-oppressive and collaborative framework when making clinical and employment related decisions.
- You are open to feedback, growth, and willing to offer that feedback and growth opportunities to clinicians, peers, colleagues, and leads/cofounders. We all have room to grow, regardless of title!
