Liability Waiver
By submitting this application, I agree to participate as a vendor at the Walk and HIIT event hosted by Body Precepts. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own equipment, setup, and sales. I release Body Precepts, the City of Jacksonville, and the DuPont Fund from any liability due to damage, loss, or injury that may occur before, during, or after the event.
