Only one resident is required to complete this form on behalf of the household. The person filling it out will need to provide the full name, email, and phone number for all current residents on the lease, as well as any residents leaving or being added.
By completing this form, you are formally requesting a change in household composition. This is not an automatic approval; this agreement is only effective once it has been signed by all parties, including all remaining residents, any new residents, the vacating resident(s), and Peaceful Property Management. Until then, your current lease terms and responsibilities remain fully in effect.
Once submitted, we will review your request to ensure it meets all lease and qualification requirements. If approved, this agreement will be sent for electronic signature to all applicable parties. No changes are finalized until all required signatures are received and Peaceful has approved the request.
Please note:
- Anyone joining the lease must apply and be screened first, at the same standard as any other applicant, with an application fee per adult. This applies to friends and family.
- Resident(s) may pay a release fee.
- The vacating resident forfeits any claim to the security deposit.
- The deposit stays with the lease and benefits remaining or new residents.
- Every resident on the lease is responsible for the full rent, not a share of it. That does not change when the household does.
- Rent does not change while this request is in progress. Full rent stays due on time, and we do not split it, prorate it, or track who paid what.
- Moving out does not remove anyone from the lease. Only the signed agreement does that.
- If we do not receive the application, or all signatures, within 10 business days, we close the request. Nothing about your lease changes, and you can submit this form again whenever everyone is ready.
Please ensure you've discussed this change with all household members and are prepared to complete the required steps to finalize the lease update.
