2026/2027 Nursing Scholarship Payment Request
To request your fall 2026 scholarship payment from the Trinity Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing Alumnae Scholarship Fund and/or the L.A. Hollinger, MD Scholarship Fund, read the Payment Request Instructions at AcruxKC.org and follow the steps below.

Each semester, students must:
- Submit the Payment Request Form;
- Upload a current detailed invoice (PDF) listing tuition amount, fees, and financial aid awarded; and
- Request an up-to-date official transcript.
Your fall 2026 scholarship payment applies only to full-time coursework for August-December 2026. *J-terms and summer courses are not covered.

If fall 2026 is your final semester, this payment will reflect your total scholarship amount.

Late/incomplete submissions will result in loss of the scholarship for that semester. No exceptions.
