Tuition & Payment Policies
Weekly tuition is $150 per child.
Tuition payments are non-refundable once processed.
Payments must be made weekly or through approved auto-draft.
Late Pickup Policy: There is a 30-minute grace period. After this, a late fee of $20 per 30-minute increment will be charged.
Field Trips: Field trip fees are not included in weekly tuition and will be billed separately.
Behavior & Homework Policy
Students are expected to complete all assigned homework.
Persistent disruptive behavior will require a parent/teacher meeting to discuss better options for the child’s learning journey.
Parents may request to sit in on sessions but must be approved by the Director beforehand.
Faith Statement
Skills Connect Academy is a faith-based microschool.
By enrolling, you agree that your child may participate in daily prayer, Bible-based teachings, and character-building lessons with a Christian foundation.
Liability Waiver & Release
I, the undersigned parent/guardian, agree and understand that:

Skills Connect Academy, Marva Dinwiddie, the host church building, employees, and volunteers are not liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses, or damages that may occur during classes, field trips, or school events.
I consent to my child participating in all regular class activities, creative arts, and fitness sessions.
I authorize Skills Connect Academy staff to seek medical treatment in the event of an emergency if I cannot be reached.
I understand that any payment made is non-refundable.
I understand that late pickup fees and additional field trip costs will be charged as stated in this policy.
