**Deposit due today to book appointment - remainder $100 is due in CASH at the time of your Friday tan.

**LATE FEE of $50 is applied after July 10, 2026

FRIDAY - Tan times run approximately 12-8pm at the Host Hotel.

2 coats of tan will be applied back to back and takes about 15-20 minutes.

**Please wear loose clothing, nothing red and do NOT put your suit on until after your Saturday morning tan**

SATURDAY - You wil receive your final coat of tan and times are generally 4:30am until 8am; specific times are given closer to the show & depend on size of show

At the Venue - we will do touch ups, glue and glaze backstage.

**Please remain fully covered with long sleeves and long pants after your tan Friday, sleep that way, and remain covered unless you are backstage.

**Hotels will charge for stained sheets so please remain covered and bring your own set of sheets

**Please respect the Venue by remaining covered unless you're backstage, do not sit on uncovered toilets and refrain from touching chairs/walls that are not covered
Athletes under 18 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian.Cosmetic bronzers are water soluble and will wash out of most fabrics. Please note that Silk,Lycra, Spandex, Nylon, Wool or Leather may stain. We recommend loose, dark clothing be worn after the completion of your spray tan, and you should bring person towels and sheets if you are staying at a hotel.Our spray tanning solution does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn.I’m aware that freckles and sun spots may temporarily darken with spray tans. I am aware that waxing, retinols, Obagi, acne and exfoliating face treatments may cause unevenness or early fading with my spray tan.If you are an expectant or a lactating mother you acknowledge that you accept all responsibility towards any contraindications that may occur.I understand that it is not recommended to spray tan within 6 weeks of a sunburn. Peeling will be significantly exaggerated by the difference in skin color, where dark tanned skin and fresh new skin will have a severe demarcationI will read and understand how important it is to follow all instructions given to me prior to peak week.
