Event Agreement Details

Event Date: Saturday November 1, 2025
NEW Location: Bart Dewitt Park - 325 S Oakes Street

Event Time: 11:00 am- 7:00 pm
- Registration and set-up will take place at Bart Dewitt Park, 325 S. Oakes on November 1.
- Craft Vendors & Cantina Vendors will enter from Chadbourne Street at 9 am.
- Car Show & Food Trucks will enter from Oakes Street at 7 am.
- Booth placements and set up times will be emailed at least 1 week prior to the event.
- We agree to provide you with either a 10x10 space or 10x20 space as per your reservation. (Booth size is not restricted to 10x20)
- You are required to bring your own table, tent, and chairs.
- Stakes are not permitted. Please bring your own weights.
- Electricity will not be provided.
- Alcohol Vendors must have TABC Licensing approved at least 2 weeks prior to the event

Craft Vendors- I agree to arrive for set up on November 1st at 9 AM and to remain open until 7 PM. Food Vendors- I agree to arrive & park on November 1st at 7 AM and to remain open until 7 PM.I agree that my booth will be manned at all times.I agree to have my booth broken down by 8:00 pm on Saturday, November 1st.I will display food license/permits in booth (if serving food)I understand my food truck must have it’s annual fire inspection completed prior to the event.I agree to pay a booth deposit of $25 (remainder due 3 days prior to event date)I agree to participate on November 1st and understand there will be no refunds due to cancellations or weather interference.I agree to display proper tax ID and TABC forms (alcohol vendors)
