All signage requests must receive prior approval from the Managing Agent in written form, in accordance with the specified signage policy guidelines and the registered By-Laws of the Community Title Scheme.
Any sign advertising the sale or rental of an apartment is limited to a maximum of 60 days.
Only one sign is permitted per apartment/unit/townhouse, and the respective number must be clearly visible on the sign.
The sign should adhere to the ‘standard size’ used for residential real estate in the area.
The sign must be placed in a specified position without causing any damage to common property.
Any such signage must be removed within 48 hours of an unconditional contract of sale.
You may make a new sign application after sixty days if the property remains unsold. However, there is a maximum of only two signs allowed outside the property at any time.
Owners bear full responsibility for the actions of their estate agents and contractors, including the costs of the Body Corporate for the removal of any sign in violation of these conditions.
