Our annual elections are an important part of ensuring the continued growth and success of our league, and we encourage all community members who are passionate about youth baseball and softball to get involved.

The mission of Huntington County Little League, Inc. is to provide the youth of our county expert instruction in the fundamentals of baseball and softball and instill upon them good sportsmanship practices and team spirit.
Board Member Responsibilities
Serving on the Huntington County Little League Board comes with important responsibilities. Each board member plays a key role in helping our organization run smoothly, legally, and in line with our mission. Here are the core duties every board member agrees to uphold:
Duty of Care – Board members are expected to actively participate in decision-making and use their best judgment to guide the league.
Duty of Loyalty – Board members must prioritize the interests of the league above any personal or professional interests when making decisions on behalf of the organization.
Duty of Obedience – Board members are responsible for ensuring the league follows all applicable laws and stays true to its mission.
Huntington County Little League is a working board, meaning all positions involve volunteer time—some more than others. We’re actively working to create additional roles and committees to help better distribute responsibilities and avoid overwhelming any one person. It is policy for all Board members to participate in atleast 25% of all HCLL events.
