Dear Sponsor,
Planning for the 2026 Brangus Youth Camp is well underway, and we are excited to invite you to partner with us as a valued sponsor of this year’s event.
The Brangus Youth Camp is a not-for-profit initiative dedicated to providing young people with practical skills, industry knowledge and experiences that encourage their continued involvement in agriculture. With the valued support of the Australian Brangus Cattle Association, the camp continues to provide an inclusive and engaging environment where young people can learn, build confidence, make connections and create lifelong memories.
The 2026 Brangus Youth Camp will be held from 14–17 December at the Theodore Sport & Recreation Grounds, with more than 100 young participants expected to attend.
This year will see the return of our popular Stud Cattle format, with a strong focus on developing participants’ cattle judging, handling and parading skills. The educational program will include:
- Selecting and preparing cattle for competition
- Animal care, maintenance and nutrition
- Working dog handling
- Bovine anatomy
- Public speaking and teamwork
- Basic financial skills for operating a beef enterprise
- Mock sale auction
- Stud and prime cattle judging competitions
- Cattle parading competition
The success of the Brangus Youth Camp would not be possible without the generosity of businesses, organisations and individuals who share our commitment to supporting the next generation of the beef industry.
We are seeking sponsorship ranging from Bronze through to Platinum, with each level providing a range of promotional and recognition opportunities. Depending on the sponsorship level, benefits may include social media promotion, advertising through Brangus Australia publications and online platforms, event signage, sponsor banner placement, presentation recognition and opportunities to engage directly with participants and the wider Brangus community.
We also warmly welcome in-kind sponsorship through products or services, with recognition provided according to the value of the contribution.
In the event that unforeseen weather conditions prevent the camp from proceeding, sponsors will be offered the choice of a full reimbursement or transferring their sponsorship to a future Brangus Youth Camp.
Your support directly contributes to creating meaningful learning opportunities for young people while encouraging their passion for cattle, agriculture and the wider beef industry.
We would be delighted to have you join us as a 2026 Brangus Youth Camp Sponsor and sincerely appreciate your consideration of our sponsorship proposal.
Sponsorship responses are kindly requested by 30 September 2026.
Thank you for investing in our youth and helping us build a strong future for the Brangus breed and Australian beef industry.
Kind regards,
Vicki Hanson
