    SPORTS TRAINERS
  • The NAIDOC Cup is an initiative of Northern NSW Football (NNSWF) and Football NSW (FNSW) supported by the Play Our Way Grant, a $450,000 investment by the Program to support football at all levels. The NAIDOC Cup will see representative First Nations football teams from each Member Federation (NNSWF & FNSW) compete in matches over 3 days. The tournament also involves opportunities for players, coaches, and referees to connect with culture.

    NNSWF will be seeking Sports Trainers to be involved in the tournament in 2026. If you are interested and wish to be notified when applications open for positions in early 2026, please complete the form below. 

     

    To be eligible for the for coach appointment you must:

    1. Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander

    2. Be a registered coach within the national PlayFootball registration system to a NNSWF affiliated club

    3. Hold a paid/employment Working with Children Check

    Sports Trainers must have a valid Employment Working With Children Check Clearance.
