This Release of Liability (the "Release") is executed by the undersigned participant (the "Participant") in favor of Impact The Dream, a non-profit organization, its officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and contractors (collectively, "Impact The Dream").
**1. Assumption of Risk**
The Participant acknowledges that participating in [Impact the dream baseballtryouts and filming of docu series] involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other unforeseen risks and hazards. The Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with participation in the event.
**2. Release and Waiver**
The Participant hereby releases and forever discharges Impact The Dream from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which may arise or may hereafter arise from participation in [Insert Event Name]. The Participant understands and acknowledges that this Release discharges Impact The Dream from any liability or claim that the Participant may have against Impact The Dream with respect to bodily injury, personalinjury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from participation in the event.

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Impact The Dream from any claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney's fees, arising out of the Participant's involvement in the event.
**4. Disclaimer**
Impact The Dream does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial or other assistance, including but notlimited to medical, health, or disability insurance. The Participant is encouraged to have their own health insurance coverage.
**5. Acknowledgment of Understanding**
The Participant has read this Release of Liability, fully understands its terms, and acknowledges that they are signing it freely and voluntarily. This Release shall be binding upon the Participant and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns.
