Terms And Conditions - Monthly Programs
I hereby release ICM Tennis and all of its employees from all claims for damages arising from any accidents or injuries which are caused by arise from participation of the applicants named above, during any program or in any facility or at any location where the program is being held
Your credit card will be automatically charged on the 20th of every month for the upcoming month’s lessons. For instance, October’s tuition will be processed on September 20th.
Upon registration, participants (or parents/guardians if registering for a child) agree to commit to at least one full season of tennis lessons, which spans three months. Cancellations or requests for refunds will not be accepted before the end of the season. By registering, you confirm your commitment to the full duration of the season, acknowledging that refunds, partial or otherwise, will not be provided for early withdrawal. After the initial three-month season, your registration will automatically continue on a monthly recurring basis unless you provide a written cancellation notice at least 30 days in advance. This policy ensures consistency and fairness to all participants and allows us to maintain the quality of our programs.
If you need to withdraw from class, please email info@icmtennis.com at least 30 days prior to your withdrawal. For example, if you intend to withdraw from lessons at the end of October, you must notify us by September 30th. All withdrawals must occur at the end of a month. While withdrawals can be made mid-month, refunds will not be provided for missed lessons.

Your enrollment will automatically renew for an additional 6-month term. The payment method on file will be charged for the next 6-month program approximately two (2) weeks prior to the end of your current term.
To stop auto-renewal, a written cancellation request must be submitted via email to info@icmtennis.com at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of your current 6-month term. Failure to provide timely notice will result in automatic enrollment and billing for the subsequent term.
