The official launch of the retreat and booking has opened as of 25.07.25 CEST midday.

Please note that there are only twelve places available for this round of our retreat. So early bookings are encouraged.

This registration form works as a binding booking agreement. Kindly make sure to carefully read our cancelling policies on the website before signing up.
After signing this form, you will receive an official registration invoice and a copy of this form as a PDF for your own records.

Please make sure that you meet the participation criterias before signing up to the waiting list.

This means:

- You identify as a woman (all trans and nonbinary people are welcome).

- You are 21 years of age or older.

Booking Information

Important Notes and Cancallation Policy:

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit of 400,0€ (25% of the admission fee) is required to reserve your spot. This deposit will be applied toward your total retreat cost.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to art.expression.workshops@gmail.com
Refunds will be issued based on the following schedule:

+ 60 days before retreat (before 22.08.2025)	Full refund minus 400,0€ deposit
30–60 days before retreat (22.08.2025–22.09.2025)	50% refund minus 400,0€ deposit
-30 days before retreat (after 22.09.2025)	Non-refundable

 

 

Transfer Policy:

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person at no additional charge. Please notify us at least 14 days in advance.

Retreat Cancellation or Postponement:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, low enrollment, or governmental restrictions. In such cases, participants will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future retreat.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

Exceptions:

No refunds or credits will be given for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.
