By submitting trading cards for PSA grading through Onestoppokeshop ("the business"), you ("the customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms become binding upon completion of the PSA Grading Submission Form and the physical drop-off of your cards in-store.
1. Responsibility for Submitted Items
Onestoppokeshop assumes full responsibility for your submitted cards only after they are physically received and formally checked in by a staff member. Responsibility for the cards remains with the business until they are returned to you, either through in-store pickup or via tracked shipping.
Cards must be delivered in penny sleeves and inside a card saver to ensure safe handling and storage. Loose items or open packaging will not be accepted. Once received, all items are stored in a secure safe until inward processing is completed.
By submitting your cards, you explicitly authorise Onestoppokeshop to act on your behalf in all matters relating to your submission, including card handling, service level selection, declared value confirmation, and communication with PSA.
2. Submission Procedure and Appointment Requirement
PSA submissions through Onestoppokeshop are in-store only. Customers must complete the online PSA Grading Submission Form available on our website before dropping off their cards. As part of this form, you will book a drop-off appointment. Appointments are required, and customers with confirmed bookings will be prioritised over walk ins.
All cards must be prepared as follows:
Each card must be placed in a clean penny sleeve, then inserted into a Card Saver.
Cards submitted without this packaging will incur a $0.50 per card handling fee to repackage them appropriately.
Failure to follow submission guidelines may delay processing.
3. Declared Value and Insurance Coverage
The customer is solely responsible for providing an accurate declared value (in USD) for each card submitted to their best attempt. This value should reflect the estimated final market value of the card in PSA graded condition, typically assuming a PSA 9 grade unless the condition indicates otherwise.
The declared value is used to determine both PSA's grading category and the level of insurance provided by Onestoppokeshop while the cards are in our possession. In the event of loss or irreparable damage while in our custody, the maximum liability of Onestoppokeshop is limited to the lesser of:
The declared value you provided, or
The market value of the card at the time of payout, as determined solely by Onestoppokeshop
By submitting your cards, you accept that Onestoppokeshop is not responsible for any loss beyond the declared or assessed market value, whichever is lower.
4. Grading Category Assignment and PSA Upcharges
You authorise Onestoppokeshop to determine the appropriate PSA service level based on the declared value and the condition of the card. Service level selection is made in accordance with PSA’s official guidelines and is designed to minimise unnecessary upcharges while complying with PSA's requirements.
If PSA determines that your card's value exceeds the declared amount, whether due to under declaration or due to the final grade inflating its market value, PSA may apply an upcharge to bring the submission in line with the appropriate tier. These upcharges are standard PSA procedure and are outside the control of Onestoppokeshop.
All upcharges from PSA will be passed on to the customer at full PSA retail rates, not at our standard dealer rate. Payment of these upcharges is required before cards can be released back to the customer.
5. Payment Terms and Submission Timeline
Payment for PSA submissions is required before any cards are dispatched to PSA. No cards will be submitted unless full payment of the initial invoice, including grading fees, handling charges, and any applicable admin fees has been received.
If additional fees arise from PSA, including upcharges or return shipping costs, these will be invoiced separately and must also be paid in full before your cards can be returned.
6. Late Payment and Uncollected Goods
If you fail to pay an invoice (upcharge-related) within 10 business days, a reminder will be sent.
If payment is not received within 28 calendar days of the final reminder, and no prior arrangement is in place, your cards may be deemed Uncollected Goods under the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012. Onestoppokeshop reserves the right to dispose of, resell, or retain any uncollected items to recover unpaid costs, including fees and storage.
7. PSA Terms and Conditions
By submitting through Onestoppokeshop, you agree that you have read and accepted the official PSA Grading Terms and Conditions, which apply in addition to those listed here. PSA’s full terms are available at:
https://www.psacard.com/termsandconditions
8. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onestoppokeshop disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our PSA submission service. Our total liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise is strictly limited to the lesser of the declared value or the market value as independently assessed at the time of payout.
By completing the PSA Submission Form and submitting your cards to Onestoppokeshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not proceed with submission
