Our Pink Ladies are an integral part of the on-field success of the Pacific Rugby Festival, and we take great pride in growing a strong, supportive team. Whether you're returning or joining for the first time, your contribution helps deliver two high-quality rugby union festivals that create unforgettable experiences for players, spectators, and volunteers alike.

At PRF Ltd, we value every person who generously volunteers their time and knowledge to help bring these festivals to life. As a thank you, successful Pink Ladies will receive:

Comprehensive training and education prior to the start of the festivals
On-field experience with opportunities to upskill
Full "Pink Ladies" uniform provided
Lunch and Hydration Station access to keep you fuelled throughout the day
On-field care packages to support you during your shift
Post-festival Pink Ladies team event to celebrate your efforts and connect with fellow volunteers

Most importantly you will be involved in providing opportunities to players not only national, but internationally, creating a cultural experience like no other in Australian Rugby.
