WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I understand that participation in the tournament is at my own risk I acknowledge that the organiser, venue, sponsors and affiliates shall not be held liable For any loss, injury, damage, or claim arising from participation in the event. I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own medical and insurance expenses.
PRIZE MONEY DISCLAIMER
I understand that prize money will be awarded f rom the pooled funds contributed by participants. I understand that the Organiser’s decision regarding prize allocations is final and binding. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to declare and pay any taxes due on prize winnings. I acknowledge that The Loop Tour (Pty) Ltd acts solely as the facilitator of prize distribution and will not be held liable for any tax obligations or related penalties.
RULES & DECISIONS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I agree to abide by the official rules and code of conduct of the tournament. I understand that it is my responsibility to familiarise myself with these rules, which will be made available before the event. I accept that all rulings, decisions, and interpretations made by the organisers, officials, or tournament committee are final and binding. No disputes or appeals will be entertained once final decisions are made.*

REFUND & CANCELLATION CLAUSE
I understand that the administration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal or disqualification. If the tournament is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as venue issues, power outages, or technical failures), my entry will be carried over to the new date. I understand that the organisers reserve the right to amend the tournament date, format, or structure if necessary, and that such changes do not qualify for a refund. I acknowledge that if I request a refund for my entry fee during registration period, then a refund will be processed, minus the administration fee. Any withdrawals or refund requests for my entry fee after the registration period are non-refundable.*
