  • REFLUX ROADMAP: Symptoms Tracker

Your baby is communicating with every part of their body… let’s figure out what they are saying, and don’t worry - if your baby has colic, silent reflux, CMPA or anything else that you haven’t been given an understanding for, we aim to be able to decipher all your baby’s behaviours and symptoms for you.
  • Start Here: Understanding Your Baby’s Symptoms

Every symptom your baby shows is a clue.
And when we look at them together, they reveal the bigger picture of what’s really going on.

You don’t need a diagnosis to use this tracker. Whether your baby has reflux, colic, allergies, or just seems unsettled, this tool helps uncover the root cause of their discomfort so you can begin to take clear, confident action.

When you're done, you’ll receive a personalised breakdown that explains what your baby’s symptoms are really telling you… and what to do next.

🕊️ This isn’t about ticking boxes. It’s about understanding your baby like never before.

⚠️ Save your progress as you go. You’ll receive a secure link by email so you can pause and return anytime without losing your place.

  • Please save your form as you go along, in the event that something doesn't work correctly, you will have an email link to jump back in at this point with everything until each save point, well, saved!

If you cannot get back to the screen after you save, try turning your phone through 90 degrees.

  • Feeding

Feeding challenges are often the first signs that something isn’t right
These are the moments parents feel in their gut... when something just feels off, even if no one else sees it.

This section helps identify whether reflux is interfering with how your baby feeds or digests their milk. You might already be doing everything in your power to help—and still feel like it isn’t enough. These questions are here to help you find answers that make sense.

  • Digestive Symptoms

Gas, poos, wind, it all matters.
These might seem like everyday baby behaviours, but they hold the clues most people miss.

This section helps uncover how your baby’s digestion is really working and whether their symptoms are pointing to a deeper root cause. Nothing is “too small” to pay attention to here.

  • Body Language and Behaviour

Reflux shows up in more than just digestion.
Tension. Posture. Sleep struggles. Even the way your baby holds their body can tell us what they’re feeling on the inside.

This section helps map your baby’s physical experience, how discomfort may be living in their body and what patterns might be forming beneath the surface.

  • Parental Experience

Your experience matters just as much as your baby’s.
How you’re feeling, what you’ve tried, and what’s weighing on you, it all adds depth to the picture we’re building.

Please don’t hold back here. Your story helps connect the dots and can shine light on what’s really going on beneath the surface.

  • This final part is completely optional

One of the most important aspects of the work I do is understanding that reflux doesn’t just affect babies, it impacts parents too. And I know this, not just professionally, but personally.

I’ve lived through reflux with my own children. I remember what it felt like to be constantly worried, overwhelmed, and emotionally drained. My own experience included three years of postnatal depression, and I haven’t forgotten how heavy those days were.

That’s why I now include emotional support and nervous system regulation as part of my approach. If you’d like to share how this has been affecting you: emotionally, mentally, or in your day-to-day life, you can do so below. There’s no pressure. Share only what feels helpful or safe for you to express.

Your individual responses will never be shared..
