We’re excited to launch the fourth cohort of the ULI East Central Regional Product Council (RPC)!
The RPC offers a multi-disciplinary forum for mid- and senior-level members working in a particular real estate sector to exchange ideas, share best practices, and build meaningful regional connections. Members will engage with peers from across the ULI East Central Region, including the District Councils of Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Indiana, Michigan, and Pittsburgh.
Participation includes:
Membership in RPC 4.0 grants access to bi-annual, two-day exchange forums hosted in rotating markets. Each session features exclusive project tours and in-depth discussions with local leaders—equipping members with insights and inspiration to bring back to their own work.
Forum Schedule RPC 4.0:
• Spring 2026 – Columbus
• Fall 2026 – Michigan
• Spring 2027 – Cincinnati
• Fall 2027 – Cleveland
• Spring 2028 – Indiana
• Fall 2028 – Pittsburgh
Application Instructions:
Applications must be submitted online and include:
• A brief statement outlining your interest in joining the East Central RPC
• A current résumé or a link to your LinkedIn profile
You may begin your application and return later to complete it.
Please note:
Due to the growing popularity and proven success of the East Central RPC, we anticipate receiving more applications than available spots. Capacity is limited in order to maintain the quality of the experience—particularly for project tours, which are constrained by group transportation logistics (i.e., how many people fit on a bus!).
While we strive to accommodate all interested applicants, admission is not guaranteed. Selection is made by RPC leadership based on a variety of factors including professional background, geographic representation, and diversity of business focus.
Program Commitment & Cost:
• The annual participation fee is $475, invoiced upon acceptance and each January thereafter.
• The RPC is a three-year program, running through November 2028.
• The fee covers food, beverage, and group transportation during each forum.
• Participants are responsible for their own lodging and travel to the host city. ULI staff work diligently to keep participant costs reasonable and will provide preferred room rates through a room block.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Must be a current ULI member and maintain membership throughout the program. Join or renew here.
• Must commit to attending all forums during the three-year term.
Applications open: October 20, 2025
Deadline to apply: November 21, 2025
