    March 11-13, 2026
The Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa
    Rancho Mirage, California, USA

Submission Deadline: September 26, 2025 at 11:59pm EST.

FSX 2026 is where the food production community comes together to shape what’s next. With approximately 250 senior-level attendees from leading OEMs, service providers, and food producers, FSX offers an intimate and focused environment to explore trends, discover solutions, and build meaningful industry connections.

    Who Should Submit

If you have real-world experience, forward-thinking strategies, or a great story to tell that will resonate with senior food industry executives, we want to hear from you.

FPSA invites key industry speakers from leading food and beverage producers, equipment manufacturers, service providers, suppliers, distributors, or other industry experts to propose suitable presentations for inclusion in the FSX 2026 program.

We encourage proposals from speakers with practical experience that will resonate with top executives across all segments of the food industry. Sessions are one hour and should focus on key takeaways and advanced solutions that can be implemented right away and show real value for the attendee. They should also be as engaging and interactive as possible.

    Presentation Criteria

FPSA is looking for submissions that:

    • will be of interest to food producers, suppliers and OEM’s alike
    • offer new, ground-breaking, and innovative ideas and solutions
    • share best practices, case studies, real life examples, and fact-based research
    • include panel discussions that include representatives from all three audiences
    • feature interactive presentation techniques designed to engage the adult learner

Submissions that clearly touch on one or multiple FPSA Core Topics will be given priority.  These core topics are:

    • Food Safety
    • Technology & Innovation
    • Workforce & Human Capital
    • Regulatory Developments
    • Career & Leadership Development

    Important Guidelines

FSX sessions are strictly educational and NOT commercial in nature. This is not an infomercial. Submissions perceived as sales pitches will not be accepted. Please keep that in mind if you intend to prepare a proposal.

Acceptance of proposals will be based on the content of the submission, available space, and overall program balance. Preference will be given to sessions that include end-users.

By submitting a proposal, you extend permission for FPSA to feature your presentation—slides or excerpts—in future educational resources, member content, or promotional materials, with proper attribution.

Conference Registration Fees & Travel Expenses

We are pleased to offer complimentary registration for speakers participating exclusively in their designated sessions. For those wishing to experience the full conference, we extend discounted registration rates to all confirmed speakers. This modest fee covers most meals during the event and helps sustain the operational costs of delivering a high-quality conference experience. All confirmed speakers will get access to the Speaker Service Center, which will allow you to register at the free or discounted rate.

While speakers are expected to arrange their own accommodation and transportation, we understand these expenses may present challenges for some participants. If travel costs would impede your ability to share your expertise at our conference, please note this when filling out your proposal.  Please note that discounted rooms will be made available to speakers and attendees at the Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa.  The discounted rate is $319 a night, plus fees, taxes, and any incidentals.

    Your Presentation

When planning your presentation, please consider that you will have a total of 60 minutes including Q&A.  The presentation will be projected on a large screen and viewed by your audience from a distance. Below are some guidelines to follow to ensure everyone gets the most out of your presentation.

    DO:

    • Use Microsoft PowerPoint and the branded FSX slide deck (to be distributed by the end of January). Your presentation will run on a PC, using Microsoft PowerPoint.
    • Use large, legible fonts (minimum 20pt. font)
    • Suggested format:
      • Slide title Arial font (size 44)
      • Bullet points in Verdana font (size 28)
    • Allocate time for a question-and-answer period with the audience at the end of the session (at least 3-5 minutes).
    • Be prepared to introduce yourself and start your presentation on time.
    • Rehearse your presentation and ensure it fits the time frame.

    DON'T:

    • Make a sales pitch or commercial presentation; it is against the rules and puts off attendees. - If attendees are interested in your work, they will follow up with you afterwards.
    • Use colors that clash or create optical effects (e.g., turquoise type on a red background) or busy or blurry graphic backgrounds. - Keep it simple.
    • Present more than 3-5 talking points or lines of information per page.
    • Use too many slides for the length of your presentation.
    • Use copyrighted content or images.
    • Allow your presentation to run longer than the time allocated.

This is your opportunity to educate, inspire, and connect with the executives shaping the future of the food industry. We look forward to receiving your proposal!
