Cost
- Billing Costs
  - For 1-2 days a week $55.00/week
  - For 3-5 days a week $85.00/week
  - Drop-in After School $45/day
  - Early Release $11/day
  - Non-School Full Day $35/day
- Payments for previous months are processed through your FACTS account at the beginning of each month.
- No Registration Fee for Summit Aftercare*
Timely Pick-Up Expectations:
- After three late pickups, Aftercare privileges may be revoked
This pricing and program information is temporary until Champions begins operating our aftercare program, which is expected at the end of September. Additional communication will be sent before the transition.

Aftercare Guidelines – Summit Christian Academy
Age Requirements
Aftercare is available for currently enrolled students in Pre-K through 5th grade.

Snacks
Please send a snack and a water bottle with your child each day. Snacks will not be provided.

Activities
Students will enjoy outdoor play (weather permitting), as well as access to games, puzzles, blocks, toys, and art supplies. Homework time will be provided as needed.

Pick-Up Policy
Children must be signed out by a parent/guardian or someone listed on the student’s Transportation Form in FACTS. Photo ID is required for pick-up.

Illness Policy
Aftercare follows the school’s illness guidelines. No medication will be dispensed in Aftercare or Kids Club.

Medical Emergencies
In the event of a life-threatening emergency, 911 will be called first, followed by the parent. If the parent is unreachable, the emergency contact will be notified.

Half Days
On early release days, students must bring a lunch and drink, as the cafeteria will be closed.
