Brian Maxwell Memorial Scholarship Application

Scholarship qualifications:

1. Competed in at least one (1) OFSAA Track & Field Championship individual event of 800m or longer and/or OFSAA Cross Country Championship event in high school.
2. Graduation from Grade 12, having attained a minimum of 80% or better average in their best six Grade 12 UNIVERSITY courses as used for post-secondary applications
3. Attended Grades 10 and beyond in Canada
4. Participated in high school extracurricular activities
5. Community involvement, such as volunteering, coaching, fundraising, overseas projects, etc
6. Involved in other sports and activities outside of school
7. MUST be attending a CANADIAN college or university
