2025 Milan Fall Fest

The Milan Fall Fest will be held this year on November 15th, 2025.
Thank you for applying to the Milan Fall Fest. Please be sure to read ALL the rules and requirements.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Location:Railroad St, Milan, GA
Festival Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (ALL vehicles MUST be off the street by 1:30PM). If any vendor would like to set up and sale during lunchtime it will be permitted.
Electricity: Spots are limited and will be first come first serve.
Tent Space Size: Single space = 12' wide

EVENT FEE SCHEDULE:

Non-Eletricity Spots: $25.00
Eletricity Spots: $35.00

Venmo, CashApp, & card payments, Cash or checks.

*If mailing in cash or check your application will be held in it's received number spot. If payment is not recieved by the 6th day the application will be discarded.*

RULES, REQUIREMENTS & INFORMATION;

All self-contained vehicles (Trailers, self-contained trucks etc.) must be listed on your applications. Total width must be shown on your application. This must include the tongue length of a trailer if the tongue is not removable. (i.e. a 22’ trailer with a 3’ tongue is really 25’). Our booths are 12' wide; therefore you will need to purchase booth space(s) to cover the length of your trailer. The width will the the size that you wish to run parallel with the road.

Trailers MUST be in your space and parked no later than 1:30 PM. If you arrive after that time it will be at our discretion to allow you entry or to assign you another space so PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY.

PLEASE NOTE:

To make it more profitable for all, we attempt to limit the quantity of like items to a reasonable number, but we cannot guarantee you will be the only vendor(s) of your craft or item type. All items being or possibly sold must be listed on the application.
Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted you will be contacted within 48-72 hours via email and/or text, and added to Facebook messenger group.
No refunds for any reason whatsoever, with the exception of the festival being canceled.Adherence to local and state laws and applicable regulations shall prevail. We recommend that all vendors follow applicable laws of sales tax collection and reporting.

Spaces are limited, get your application in EARLY!
We will attempt to accommodate location requests however we cannot guarantee this.
Applications are considered on a first received, first considered basis.

If items found in your booth/truck differ substantially from what is listed here, you may be asked to leave the festival. No refunds for any reason.

Release Statement:
- By signing below, I agree to consider this application a commitment if accepted and to abide by all rules set forth by the Festival Committee of the Milan Development Authority.
- I also understand and agree to the following: No items are to be sold that were not listed on my application and approved by the Festival Committee. If my booth is at any time deemed to be unsafe or inappropriate for the festival audience by any member of the committee, I may be asked to cease all sales immediately and may not be allowed to return for the remainder of the festival.
- The Milan Development Authority and all members including the festival committee are not responsible in any way for personal injuries, property damage or theft which may occur to me or my associates as a result of my participation in this festival.
- All images presented in this application or taken during the festival may be used for promotional purposes by the Milan Development Authority or its members.
- No refunds will be issued for any reason unless festival is canceled.
The committee reserves the right to reject any application.
