Volunteers

Volunteers are essential for the organization and we have amazing families that sacrifice their time to help. Without volunteers, the Saints organization DOES NOT function. During the registration process, you will be asked to select at least three areas you can help. Below is a list of some volunteer activities needed for this season with descriptions. Special note: No pressure to volunteer, we understand there are different seasons in life where volunteering might not be possible. We are grateful to all.
Volunteers are needed....

Admissions Table: Home games. Collect admission.Concessions table: Home games. Servers, Cashier, setup, etc.Clock/Scoreboard: Home Games; some tournament games. Run clock/scoreboard.Live Streaming/Video: Do live video in gyms with Wifi or Record Video.Scorebook: Home and Away games. Keep official book.Photographers: Home and Away games. Take photos during games; these will be used for media purposes (website, Facebook, etc)Game Day Set Up: Home games only. Ensure bleachers, team benches and etc. are set up properly and ready to go.Team Picture Coordination: Help facilitate players/team pictures.Assist Leaders: Helping where needed.Social Media: Helping coordinator.
