This form is to reserve a Patriotic Red &/OR Patriotic Blue Ruffland Kennel/Accessories. After completing this form, you will receive an invoice via email for the $100 deposit which is due within 24hrs in order to reserve the requested kennel. All shipments are on a 10-12 week delivery schedule after ordering. Once the shipment arrives, any deposits paid will go towards the remaining balance of the items. We will reach out to all pre-order customers once we have a delivery date so that they can arrange pickup within 14 days of delivery.
