    Submit your minutes for your team here! Enter the total minutes of exercise you completed each day of the week for a maximum of 120 minutes a day. You are welcome to exercise more, but only 120 minutes a day will count towards your team.
  • Minutes must be submitted by Sunday night to count towards the previous week.

    Do not submit future workouts, if you submit minutes for future days (by submitting minutes for a day in the future), those minutes will not be counted for your team.

    • For workouts from Oct 5–11, submit minutes on Sunday, Oct 12
    • For workouts from Oct 12–18, submit minutes on Sunday, Oct 19
    • For workouts from Oct 19–25, submit minutes on Sunday, Oct 26
    • For workouts from Oct 10–Nov 1, submit minutes on Sunday, Nov 2
    • For workouts from Nov 2–8, submit minutes on Sunday, Nov 9
    • For workouts from Nov 9–15, submit minutes on Sunday, Nov 16
    • For workouts from Nov 16–22, submit minutes on Saturday, Nov 22

    Don't forget that minutes are due by the end of day each Sunday or they may not be counted for that week!
