Luxxe Cleaning Services Client Agreement
BEFORE YOU BOOK
All new clients must begin with a Deep Clean, No exceptions. We only offer Standard Maintenance Cleans to approved, recurring clients who keep up the space. This ensures your home is set up for success, and your clean is worth every penny.
📅 Scheduling & Booking
- Appointments are confirmed ONLY after deposit is paid.
- If access isn’t granted within 15 minutes, appointment may be canceled.
- We may reschedule due to emergencies or safety concerns.
🧼 Services Offered
- Standard / Deep / Move-In/Out / Hoarder Cleans
- Laundry (wash/fold, pickup/delivery, ironing)
- Organizing & Add-Ons (fridge, oven, trash, etc.)
Final price may change if conditions differ from description or photos.
💵 Pricing
- Based on service type, home size, cleanliness level (1–5), and time.
- Add-ons, clutter, or extra rooms = price increase.
📸 Required Photos
You MUST upload current photos or allow a walkthrough.
Misrepresentation may cancel the appointment or add charges.
🚫 Not Included Unless Requested
- Inside appliances, wall cleaning, laundry, heavy stains, pest/bio cleanup.
🧽 Hoarder/Heavy Duty Jobs (higher than level 3)
- $500 minimum
- overtime hourly billing
- Trash haul may be an extra charge
❌ Cancellations & Refunds
- 24-hr notice required to avoid fees.
- Same day cancel = 50% charge.
- No show = full fee due.
- No refunds after service is completed. Issues must be reported within 24 hrs.
🐶 Pets & Safety
Secure pets. We’re not liable for escapes.
📷 Photos & Marketing Use
We may take before/after photos to showcase our work (opt-out available).
🛑 Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse service due to:
Unsafe space, pests, aggressive behavior, false booking info.
