  • NACM Credit Congress Expo Agreement

  • Acknowledgment of Exposition Rules and Regulations & Policies

  • In accordance with the Exposition Rules and Regulations, and Policies governing rental of exhibit space, the undersigned hereby applies for exhibit space at NACM's 130th Credit Congress & Exposition June 7-10, 2026 in St. Louis, Missouri.


    Please note that NACM is unable to accommodate any modifications to the agreement below.

    We have read and agree to the [Exposition Rules and Regulations & Policies]. We understand that these regulations are incorporated into this contract by reference and that this application becomes a contract when accepted and confirmed by NACM. Payment must be made in full at the time of reservation and submission of Expo Booth Application.

  • NACM reserves the absolute right, at any time, to determine the eligibility of any company or product for inclusion in the exhibit. The undersigned acknowledges that space assignments shall be acceptable unless NACM is notified in writing within fifteen (15) days of the date of assignment notification. The undersigned specifies that the products or services listed on this application are those to be exhibited.

  • Collection Agencies and Law Firms

  • Collection agencies and law firms are not eligible to participate in any promotional, advertising, or sponsorship opportunities. This includes the company description on the website and in the program, as well as any products and services listed in the program.

  • Cancellation Policy

  • I have read and understand the cancellation policy as stated in the Exposition Rules and Regulations & Policies.

  • Conference Roster and Registrant Data

  • The Exhibitor acknowledges that access to the conference roster will be provided during the event and will be made available online for use by delegates and exhibitors. This roster is intended to facilitate networking and engagement during the conference.

    The Exhibitor understands that the roster does not include personal contact information such as email addresses, telephone numbers, or physical mailing addresses of registrants.

  • We agree to refrain from the following actions: 

    1. Using aggressive selling tactics. 
    2. Sponsoring events that compete with the formal program as outlined in the Credit Congress Schedule. 
    3. Scanning delegate badges without their knowledge or outside of the designated booth area, unless prior approval has been granted by expo management. 
    4. Allowing third-party companies to represent products or services not described in this agreement, or permitting individuals not registered as exhibitor personnel to sell or market from our booth. 
    5. Creating sustained or deliberate disruptions within the exhibitor hall, including excessive noise, obstructing aisles, or interfering with neighboring booths or official activities. 
    6. Engaging in any form of bullying, harassment, or disrespectful conduct toward NACM staff, vendors, or delegates.

  • We acknowledge that NACM requires all representatives from our company to stay at one of the listed convention hotels. If this requirement is not met, a Facilities Usage Fee of $250 per person will apply.

  • Booth Dismantling

  • We agree that our company's booth will NOT be dismantled before 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. If our booth is dismantled before the official close of the exhibit hall, I understand that we will incur a penalty fee of $1,000.

  • All provisions listed above must be initialed, and your full name, email, telephone number, and company name must be provided for us to consider this application. This application will only be accepted as a binding contract once it has been fully completed and approved by NACM.

  • Included with Each 10’ x 10’ Booth

    • Four exhibitor personnel registrations
    • 8’ high curtain background and 3’ high curtain sidewalls
    • 44” long by 7” high company name sign
    • Link to access the Exhibitor Service Kit on a private web page
    • Listing in the Credit Congress Program Guide and on the web (except collection agencies/law firms)
    • Security service when the Hall is closed
    • Two lunches and two receptions held in the Expo Hall
    • Admittance to the educational sessions
