Retreats are a great way to build and express Zen practice. When we find time to sit intensively, we become aware of the spaciousness of our lives, with care that radiates through everything we do and benefits the whole world.
About the Retreat
This is an extended 3-hour meditation practice session online, including:
- Approximately 2.5 hours of sitting practice (Zazen) alternating with walking practice
- Individual interviews with the teacher (optional)
- Group discussion

I recommend attending for the entire retreat. However, if you need to arrive late or leave early, that is no problem.
