Thank you for your interest in Premier Tennis Center! As a nonprofit committed to growing the game of tennis, we offer scholarships to ensure cost is not a barrier for people to get involved in the sport. We ask that scholarship applications be submitted at least one week prior to the start of the session that you are applying for to allow adequate time for review and processing. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. You will receive communication from Caroline Phillips (cphillips@wmctpremier.com) regarding your scholarship status within a week after submitting this form.

Commitment: Recipients must check-in before every class. Any scholarship funds awarded must be used as requested in this application and recipients must maintain 85% attendance in the class/program. Failure to comply with this commitment may result in the scholarship being revoked and cancellation of class participation.
