CLIENT RELEASE FORM for Jen Naugle Photography:
This Model Release ("Agreement") is made between the undersigned model or model’s legal guardian ("Model") and Jen Naugle Photography LLC ("Photographer") concerning the photographs and/or videos ("Images") taken during the underwater photography session on or around the date of signing this Agreement.

1. Permission to Use
The Model grants the Photographer the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, publish, and display the Images for the following purposes:

• Social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)

• Photographer’s website and blog

• Print and digital marketing materials (such as brochures, business cards, email newsletters)

• Art exhibitions and competitions (local, national, or international)

2. Use with Respect
The Photographer agrees to use the Images with sensitivity and respect, especially given the personal and vulnerable nature of underwater portraiture. Images will not be used in any context that is defamatory, exploitative, or harmful to the Model.

3. Ownership & Copyright
The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all Images. This release does not grant the Model ownership of the Images. The Model may request access to images for personal use (prints, sharing, etc.), subject to the terms of the session agreement.

Anonymity

I am comfortable with being tagged and added as a collaborator on social media, and you have my permission to use the images on any social media, digital & print marketing campaigns or gallery submissions.I am comfortable with the images being posted and used in both digital and print marketing but not tagged or my name being used.Please do not use my images on any online digital platform or in any gallery art shows or marketing.

5. No Compensation
The Model understands that no monetary compensation will be provided for the use of the Images as described above.

6. Revocation
This release is irrevocable once signed. However, the Photographer may, at their sole discretion, agree to stop using the Images upon written request by the Model, depending on the context and usage.
