The submission period is open from August 1st through September 1st, 2025. During this time, you may submit your proposal for consideration—or return to make edits—anytime before the deadline. Our Selection Committee will meet in September or October to review all submissions and compile a tentative schedule. To ensure you receive important updates, please add staff@hypnosisalliance.com to your safe sender list so our messages don’t get filtered to your spam or junk folder. Once decisions are finalized, you will receive an email with either a congratulatory or regret notification from our team. We’re grateful for your participation and excited to create an unforgettable Hypno Expo 2026 together!

    Hypno Expo welcomes three (3) types of presentation submissions for review. Please take a moment to review the following: Courses: • May be scheduled as either a 1-day or 2-day session. • Presenters may set their own tuition fee. • You will receive 50% of the tuition collected from enrolled participants, unless you choose to waive compensation. Workshops: • ONLY scheduled as a one hour and 45 minute session. • Tickets are fixed at $35 USD per participant. • Presenters receive 50% of individual session ticket sales, unless you choose to waive compensation. Lectures: • ONLY scheduled as a 45 minute session. • Lectures are offered free of charge to all registered attendees. • No presenter compensation is provided. 👉 If your presentation fits into multiple categories, there's no need to submit it more than once. Simply select all categories that apply, and we’ll take it from there!

    If selected to present at the event, I understand the following: 1. Complimentary Conference Registration As a presenter, you will receive: • Complimentary access to the Exhibit Area, including daily continental breakfast and refreshments. • One ticket to the Annual Awards Banquet on Saturday evening, featuring a three-course meal. • Full access to all 45-minute Lecture Presentations. • Admission to any 2-hour Workshops or full-day Courses marked as FREE. • A complimentary ticket to the Singing Bowls concert featuring Peter Blum, following the Awards Banquet. • A special 50% discount off non-member pricing is available exclusively for presenters’ accompanying spouses. 2. Course and Workshop Compensation Presenters may elect to receive 50% of the tuition collected from participants enrolled in their course and/or workshop. • You may choose to set your own tuition fee for courses. • Workshop tickets are fixed at $35 USD, unless you opt to waive compensation. • Lectures are free for all attendees, and no remuneration is provided for lecture presentations. 3. Presentation Room Setup All presenters are provided with a meeting room equipped with: • Projector and connection cables • Whiteboard, eraser, and markers You are welcome to bring your own Audio/Visual equipment. 4. Handouts & Presentation Slides A complimentary set of digital handouts will be made available to all conference attendees (including virtual participants) via the event website. These materials offer an excellent opportunity to market your services, as attendees will retain your contact details post-conference. Presenters are responsible to provide physical handouts for in-person attendees, if desired. Lecture presentations require a handout to be provided. Handouts are welcome for Courses and Workshops, but not required. Presenters are encouraged to submit their presentation slides (if applicable) 5. Travel & Lodging Presenters are responsible for arranging their own travel. Discounted lodging is available through the official event Room Block at the host resort, the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld. Due to contractual obligations with the venue, all presenters and guests are strongly encouraged to reserve accommodations within the official Room Block at the Group Rate. Please note: Reservations made outside the dedicated Group Room Block may incur an additional registration surcharge to support room block fulfillment requirements. 6. Equal Opportunity & Educational Disclaimer This is an educational conference open to the public. The event sponsors may or may not share the views, training methods, or philosophies of individual presenters, presentations, or training programs. However, all selected presenters are provided with an equal opportunity to share their content, in alignment with the spirit of professional diversity and open dialogue.

    1. Publicize any/all of my presentations in any way deemed necessary. 2. Allow photographs/recordings/digital content to be taken and used for promotional purposes, etc. 3. Have any/all my presentations reproduced on video and/or audio.  4. Give said promoters the right to sell, distribute and make such other use of the recorded material as deemed appropriate to further the education and knowledge to all people in regard to the profession of Hypnosis.
